Order Processed Emails and Tracking Info

Team, we have an issue where the Order Processed and Order Processed with Tracking Info emails not being sent to customers. All the settings are enabled in the NSC Synch and mail server but the customers are still not getting it.

On a side note when the customers login to see the order status all the orders just show as Being Prepared for Shipping, even orders from 3 to 4 months old.

Are there any special settings we need to enable to send this emails and also update the customer Tracking Page?
