NitroSell eCommerce will be ending support for Windows XP on May 1st, 2016.
What is end of support?
End of support refers to the date when NitroSell eCommerce no longer provides updates or technical support for NSc Sync on machines running Windows XP.
Why are we making this change?
Support for Windows XP has been dropped by Microsoft, and we are forced to follow suit in order to protect the security and integrity of the NitroSell eCommerce product.
What should you do?
Make sure that the computer running NSc Sync is on a machine using a supported operating system: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7. If you have multiple machines, we recommend that you move the NSc Sync installation to one using a supported operating system. If you require assistance with this, please contact us here.
What if you continue to use NSc Sync on Windows XP?
We cannot guarantee that NSc Sync will work on Windows XP after the cutoff date. Eventually you will be unable to synchronize to your WebStore or download WebOrders. The summary log will display errors as seen in the following screen shot :
