Reset Password not working

Hello,

This happened to me 10 times. NitroSell does not recognize my password so I have to reset it. Once I enter new password (and write it down, just to be sure) once i logout, the same password does not work.
If I change it again (and try the previous password as new) it says, you cannot use old passwords…

SOLVED IT

As it turns out you can reset password as user with lower case entered user name, but you cannot login with the same one. User is auto generated to be the mail with upper case letters within.
