Quantity = 0 but online

Hi

I was wondering if there is any way that an item can stay on our website, event if the quantity is at zero.
For now, if the quantity=0 and the web item in=s on true, it does not appear on our website.
We have products that need to be shown even if we do not have any quantity to be able to make special orders for our customers

I do no know if I am clear sorry!

Hi,

That would require a change to your NScSync settings that would be best done by our support team. I recommend opening up a ticket on our portal and we will take you through the process.
