Adding Customer Comments to Packing/Picking Lists

Hi,

On RMS Store Operations POS there is the ability to create a packing list from the order on the till. Do you know data field I need to add into the RAV report to pull in the customer comment from the Nitrosell checkout page? I’ve tried all sorts but no luck.

These work:

  • PackingDate
  • ShipAddress
  • ItemLookupCode
  • Description
  • OrderQuantity
  • BillAddress
  • ReferenceNumber (Order number from Nitrosell)
  • PackingDate

Nothing I try will bring in the customer comment.

Hi Dan,

The data likely isn’t being made available to the template because it’s not included in the default version. We can provide a customization quote for its inclusion if you like. Are there any other fields you require aside from customer comment ?
