We integrate with reCAPTCHA v1 and reCAPTCHA v2; as suggested, you’ll need to register a key for reCAPTCHA v2.
Once you obtain the key, you may enable version 2 in WSM → Settings → Enable reCAPTCHAv2 anti-spam test.
