Need to add Microdata to website for Facebook Store

Hi - I’m trying to set up a Facebook store and there is an option to do a mass upload from our website through Facebook Pixel - however it says that there is an issue and that I need to add Microdata to our site? How do I do this?

In order for Facebook (and other social channels) to properly recognise the characteristics of a product there needs to be metadata tags included in the page header to give various information from the Nitrosell database in a format which the interacting website understands.

If you aren’t comfortable editing the template code yourself then I recommend raising a ticket and asking one of the Nitrosell support staff to make the amendments required.
