Heartland Beanstalk Gift Cards

Hello,

Is there an integration/option for the Heartland Beanstalk gift cards so that my customers can use them online, currently these are used in-store via PCAmerica CRE?

Hello Kirill,

we have integration with Heartland’s Gift Cards. It’s a standard integration, but just like with the payment gateway you’ll need the ids and API key for the gift cards.

I talked to heartland and they are saying your integration is not certified. Can you reach out to them?

Hi Kirill,

Here is a copy of our certification from Heartland, dating back to April 2017, which includes gift cards.

Hi Kirill,

I see the problem: you’re asking about Heartland Beanstalk as opposed to “regular” Heartland (Portico/Secure Submit).

We do not have support for any Heartland Beanstalk offerings. For Heartland gift card processing, we only support Portico/Secure Submit.

I’d suggest asking your Heartland rep. You can tell them that we don’t support the Beanstalk platform but we do support Portico/Secure Submit. Hopefully they can hook you up to that platform instead.
