We are getting a Tax provider error all of a sudden on orders. Message- “Tax provider error - failed to authorize and capture tax for this transaction…no valid response received” We are using taxcloud…need help
It seems TaxCloud is still experiencing issues— we had a number of reports yesterday saying their service was timing out and delaying checkouts.
I would suggest you contact their support team. I’m afraid it’s outside of our control.
