People tend to trust other customers opinions (social proof) when making a decision to purchase online, it makes the whole decision to purchase easier for them
Are they any plans in place to show that the customer is recommending the PartyWorld service as well as a particular product without a log in as this would be easier and more enticing for a customer to review. Also does your current review systems have any SEO benifits.
We’re not currently looking at reviews without login, however we are allowing customers to login with their facebook account, which should speed up the process of logging in.
Our reviews can be read by search engines, so yes there are SEO benefits to employing reviews.
