Adding Carousels to a specific page

Is there a way to insert a carousel onto a department or category page, on the top of the page before the products?

Hi Angel,
you can add the code for the carousel on the department and category pages. Go to WSM>Design and Content>Pages and choose the page you’d like to edit.
The format is {includeCarousel(“CAROUSEL_NAME”)}
where CAROUSEL_NAME is the name of the carousel you entered when you created a carousel in the WSM carousel builder.
It is not the title of the carousel you entered in the carousel options tab.
Note that the name needs a set of double quotes at the start and end.

Hi Olga,
I understand what the code for the carousel is, but can I put this directly into the rich text editor and it will show up on the page? Or do I need to enter it into a template?

Does it take some time for it to show up? I’ve tried adding the code to a page but it only shows the code and not the carousel.

I think you need to edit as HTML not normal WYSIWYG

Editing as HTML worked, but my carousel stretches out past all the other content now.
Is there a way to put it inside a div container or is it just gonna be stretchy forever?
