Adding a new department in PAM

Hi i cannot for the life of me remember how to add a department option in PAM? anyone remember how to do it ?

Are you using a separate website navigation scheme, or the Departments (and Categories) from your POS?

We control the department and categories through RMH (in the Merchandising section), or if you use a navigation bespoke to the website you’ll find “Navigation Structure Manager” as an option in the Tools menu of PAM.
