Remove a Group
You can delete a group clicking on ‘Delete’ in the general interface, clicking on ‘Delete Group’ in the pop up or deleting the last state on State/County Configuration.
Be aware that deleting a group will delete all the shipping methods associated to it so be careful when you delete a group.
