Incorrect shipping charges showing up at the POS

In Amazon I have a promotion that offers buyers free shipping if they spend over $25 in items. In the seller notification email from amazon it shows the shipping charge and then the promotional credit for the shipping charge(so the shipping = $0.0) but when the order comes into Nitrosell it still reflects the charge even though the customer did not pay it. Now I have to tender the order for $3.50 more than the actual transaction.

So I’ve figured out how to override the $3.50 charge but I can’t because none of my F keys work when trying to process orders which I’ve described in a different post.
