What is the diffrence between Data feed upload to google and API upload to google. How to implement API upload to google.

We typically support Google Shopping by upload a product feed to Google on a daily basis. That product feed contains a description of your product and abides by the rules set by Google as described here https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188494?hl=en-GB
You can avail of this feature by going to your Webstore Manager then Products → Products Feeds A screeshot is shown below:
