When I enter the web store manager and click on my store, my customer list gets automatically downloaded and my screen turns white, I cannot access my store… I opened a ticket but this wasn’t considered an emergency under the guidelines and I know support is backed up… anyone know how to resolve this?
Something similar happened to me before because WSM was trying to automatically return me to the last page I’d been using, but it was to a page which couldn’t be loaded straight into (possibly the carousel editor, which it was trying to load without specifying a carousel).
Have you tried clearing your cache?
I happened to have a direct WSM link to a different page in a recent ticket email reply, and that also worked to load a legitimate WSM page.
