Under one of my departments, I have a duplicate Category and another category not showing up. In a different department not all categories are showing up when clicking on a particular category. Need help.

We would need to discuss this in more details as it’s most likely related to how your database is organized. Can you open a ticket on our portal please? Please include screenshots or descriptions of which particular categories are duplicated/missing.
