Sync not updating properly

Has anyone been having sync issues over the last few days? I’ve been having various issues and todays new issue is that unprocessed orders are not updating in my inventory.

Any help would be great.

Yours is the only store experiencing issues with Sync; we haven’t had any other reports. There are certainly no platform-wide issues driving it.

I understand the support team is assisting you through a ticket already?
