Schema mark up product identification

Can anyone help with this, after discussions with my SEO guy.

"As I explained, a common feature for e-commerce websites now is to have Schema markup on products, which then enables Google to display what is referred to as ‘rich snippets’ about a page.

I can see that your product pages do already have some Schema markup on them, so the structure is there.

What Google’s errors are saying is that the Schema markup should specify at least one of the following:

  1. Offers
  2. Review
  3. AggregateRating

As you said you have now activated the Review feature, this may solve the problem soon, but only if it is marked up correctly in the code.

Google is also suggesting that the following be specified correctly:

  1. Brand
  2. SKU
  3. Image
  4. Description
  5. Product ID

You obviously have these on the product pages but the Schema markup must not be identifying them correctly."

Hi,

I’ll check schema markup on product pages and get back to you.

Best regards,
Tom
