If you need to cancel an order - for example, you find out the pending order is fraudulent - Can you cancel the order from the POS?
Yes it’s possible to cancel the order in your POS.
You can do it in GWO (window where you see all orders) by selecting the order first and then clicking on the arrow next to “Options” button.
From drop down menu you’ll be able to select option “Set Web Order Status” and click on “Set as Cancelled”.
After that “Your order has been cancelled” email will be sent to customer email address.
