Amazon feed issues

Hi Matt,

sorry for the delay on this I was checking all XML files which we are sending to Amazon to update the stock level for your items and I’ve noticed that the amount there is correct which means that we are feeding Amazon with a correct data and then ‘somehow’ they are changing the inventory for your items on the Seller Central.

Below you will find a print screen from one of the XML file (from 2 days ago) which has been sent to Amazon to feed the inventory data for this particular item: which is affected by this issue.

As I mentioned in the ticket the qty on the Seller Central is correct now, but in case if it will be changed I will be more than happy to help you raise a case log on Amazon Support where we can direct them to appropriate BatchID which contains inventory data.
